Thanks for the info. Am an Enrolled Agent in RSM specializing in investors and small businesses. Expect high level of foreclosures this year. Clients doing short sales or expect foreclosure must talk to CPA/EA BEFOREHAND. Otherwise could cause lots of $$. Want to know more, let me know.
